Il Museo Civico della Torre di Malta è stato aperto dopo il prezioso ritrovamento, nei primi anni Novanta, di reperti archeologici risalenti all'età del bronzo, all'età del rame, al periodo romano e ad epoca mediovale-moderna. Gli scavi nel centro storico hanno portato alla luce oggetti in ceramica e in bronzo esposti secondo un ordine topografico e cronologico. I cimeli esposti testimoniano lo stile di vita delle popolazioni che hanno vissuto nell'alta padovana nelle diverse epoche e il suggestivo contorno della Torre di Malta permette di ammirarli in un contesto unico.

Tower of Malta Civic Archaeological Museum

The Tower of Malta Civic Museum was opened after the finding, in the first years of the twentieth century, of archaeological finds dating back to the Bronze Age, the Chalcolithic Age, the Roman period, the Middle Age, and the Modern era. Excavations in the old town revealed pottery and bronze items, now exhibited in topographical and chronological order. The relics show the lifestyle of the populations that lived in the “Alta Padovana”, the northern part of the Padua area, over the centuries. The picturesque surrounding of the Tower of Malta allows visitors to admire them within an exquisitely unique context.
